The My Company dashboard provides managers a high level view into all activities of the company with ticket and task statistics with drill down capability. Also included is a Work Class Breakdown chart, invaluable for resource management, displaying predicted levels of project, support and operational work compared to current actual, last month actual and two months prior actual.
The Service Desk Dashboard provides graphical evidence of work in progress and completed including: ticket statistics, top 5 in ticket volume by products, top five in ticket volume by location, top five in ticket volume by type, problem statistics, and ticket trends over the past three months. All graphs are click-able with drill down capability.
The Queues Dashboard provides list of queues with customizable grid controls, advanced search capability and the ability to review and manage unlimited queues. Drill down into any queue and subsequent ticket, manage teams, and run reports.
