Integrated with TeamHeadquarters™, My Teams provides unlimited teams for projects and ticket queues, view and modify team member schedules and time sheets, print time sheet reports and view and manage ticket load. My Teams also provides a snapshot of team member availability for project work over the next eight weeks and their total hours available.
Each time a new project or queue is created a team is created too. The team is automatically staffed with the project or ticket queue roster. Add new members to the team simply by adding new them to the roster of the project or queue.
Every project has My Teams integrated providing complete Team management to the Project Manager. Add new members to the team by adding them to the project roster. View and create schedule entries into team member calendars, view and modify time sheets, print time sheet reports and view individual ticket loads.
My Teams, member calendar management is available from Projects and Queues. Open a team-members calendar and view schedules or schedule work on tickets, tasks and custom events.

My Teams "tickets assigned" functionality provides a complete list of tickets assigned to the team member selected. Drill into details, or query the team member to determine status, time estimates, etc...
